01How does a dual-chamber pen differ from a ready-to-use liquid pen?
↓
In a dual-chamber system, the dry material and reconstitution liquid remain separate until activation. A ready-to-use pen contains the material in solution from production onward. Separation may limit some degradation pathways before activation, but exact stability always depends on the formulation and batch-specific evidence.
02Does every peptide require storage at 2 – 8°C?
↓
No single rule applies to every peptide. Requirements depend on the sequence, formulation, moisture, packaging and whether the material is dry or already in solution. Always follow the conditions stated in the documentation for the specific product.
03Why is a lyophilised form usually more stable?
↓
Removing water slows many degradation reactions. This does not mean unlimited shelf life: temperature, moisture, oxygen, light and packaging integrity still matter.
04What is the benefit of a closed reconstitution system?
↓
It reduces manual steps: there is no need to open a separate solvent vial or transfer liquid between containers. This may reduce handling errors and exposure to the environment, but it does not replace manufacturer quality and sterility controls.
05Are SUBVERIX™ products intended for human use?
↓
No. Products currently presented on the website are intended strictly for professional in vitro laboratory research or, where legally permitted under an approved protocol, in vivo research conducted by an authorised institution.
06Does research on an ingredient prove that the finished product works?
↓
No. Results concerning one molecule, a different dose or another formulation do not automatically demonstrate the performance of a finished product. The formulation requires its own quality, stability and research documentation.
07How can I verify the quality of a specific batch?
↓
Check the batch number, certificate of analysis, identity-confirmation method, declared purity, testing date and whether the document corresponds to the product inside the package.
08Can a company or laboratory place an order?
↓
Yes. B2B, wholesale and laboratory supply terms are agreed individually. The relevant form is available in the Wholesale section.
09When is an order considered confirmed?
↓
Submitting the form sends a request to the SUBVERIX™ team. Product availability, shipping eligibility for the destination country and the payment method are then verified individually.
10Can I receive updates about new research and products?
↓
Yes. An optional newsletter consent is available during checkout. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
