SUBVERIX™ / TERMS

Terms and conditions

Rules for using the SUBVERIX™ online store, placing orders, complaints and returns.
§ 1

General provisions

These Terms define the rules for using the SUBVERIX™ online store and for placing and processing orders, as well as the rights and obligations of Customers.

The service operator and Seller is Jacek Jenczelewski, trading as Subverix Jacek Jenczelewski, with its fixed place of business and address for service at Radańska 5, 86-150, Osie municipality, Poland, tax number (NIP): 8481144773, business register number (REGON): 340750002, entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.

Seller contact: biuro@subverix.com.

§ 2

Customers and intended use

The offer may include separate categories: research products intended exclusively for professional laboratory use and food supplements authorised for sale. The intended use stated on each product page is binding. Research products are not offered as food, supplements, cosmetics or products for human use.

§ 3

Technical requirements

Use of the store requires an internet-connected device, a current browser and an active email address. Customers should protect their devices and credentials against unauthorised use.

§ 4

Placing orders

The Customer places an order through the form and provides truthful, complete information. An automatic confirmation means that the submission has been received for verification and does not always constitute conclusion of a contract. For research products, SUBVERIX™ may verify the professional purpose, delivery feasibility and compliance with the law of the destination country.

§ 5

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices, taxes, delivery costs, available payment methods and the estimated fulfilment date will be presented before a binding order is placed. International delivery terms may require individual verification.

The Customer may choose bank transfer or cash on delivery. Transfer details and the order number required as the payment reference are provided in the order confirmation. Cash on delivery depends on the destination country and carrier services and may require confirmation by the Seller before dispatch.

§ 6

Right of withdrawal

As a rule, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The declaration may be sent to the Seller’s address. The consumer bears the direct return cost unless the Seller decides otherwise.

The right of withdrawal is excluded only in cases provided by law. This includes sealed goods which cannot be returned after opening for health-protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal was broken after delivery. Labelling a product as a research product does not automatically exclude the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal.

§ 7

Complaints

The Seller is responsible for conformity of goods with the contract under applicable law. A complaint should include the order number, a description of the non-conformity and the Customer’s request. A response will be provided within the legally required period.

§ 8

B2B cooperation

Wholesale and laboratory cooperation terms, including prices, minimum quantities, liability, delivery and documentation, are agreed individually. Separate contractual terms may apply to business customers.

§ 9

Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with applicable law. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy. Forms use measures designed to limit spam and repeated submissions.

§ 10

Final provisions

Contracts are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. Customers may use applicable out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedures. The Terms may be amended for valid reasons without affecting rights arising from contracts already concluded.
